I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about EmmaLou (they/she). Before joining the Wildflower Blooms family, EmmaLou was my own child's teacher, and they made an incredible, lasting impression on all of us. Even today, my kids light up knowing they'll get to see EmmaLou each day. It is so special to watch the genuine connections EmmaLou builds with every child in their care.

With more than a decade of experience working with young children, EmmaLou has served as a theatre teaching artist, classroom inclusion facilitator, choreographer for youth musicals, and most recently spent four years as a lead teacher at Greenbelt Nursery School. Their creativity, patience, and ability to make learning joyful are evident in everything they do.

What I admire most about EmmaLou is the way they make every child feel truly seen, heard, and valued. They lead with kindness, curiosity, and unconditional care, creating a classroom where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and simply be themselves. I feel incredibly fortunate that our daycare families will get to experience the same warmth, dedication, and magic that made such a meaningful impact on my family.
